Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for physical fulfillment. Payment for the product is collected at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are not included and will be collected separately when the product is ready to ship.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has shipped. Any refund is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Some physical products include complimentary digital content, such as a PDF edition, which may be provided before the physical product ships. Once access to digital content has been provided, the retail value of the included digital content is non-refundable. If a pre-order is cancelled after digital access has been provided, the current retail price of the included digital content will be deducted from the refund. This applies regardless of whether the digital content has been downloaded.
